1. Check valves and pipelines for leaks;
2. Ensure the power grounding wires of all fans and electrical control boxes in the belt dryer are reliable, and lubricate rotating friction parts regularly;
3. Check the belt dryer body for vibration, cracks, damage, and corrosion;
4. Check all components and fasteners for looseness and abnormal noises;
5. Check V-belts, chains, and other transmission mechanisms for deformation, looseness, and wear;
6. Check the safety start and stop devices for sensitivity, accuracy, and reliability;
In addition to the above points, daily maintenance of belt dryers should include monthly and quarterly inspection, replacement, and repair of worn parts and malfunctioning components.
